It has an integrated micromotor 24V/DC or 48 V/DC for torques of 20 - 90 Ncm. The magnetic force is optimally converted because the magnetic bell is directly connected without any intermediate coupling. Redmagic is the ideal laboratory helper in the pressureless or vacuum range at a maximum operating temperature of 240°C.

- Sealing to the reactor cover with two O-rings in series, made of Viton in the stainless version or Kalrez in application with HC.
- Torque of the magnetic coupling 20 Ncm - 90 Ncm
- Material WNr. 1.4435 (AISI 316L) or Hastelloy C22 (WNr. 2.4602) as standard.
- Operating temperature 240 °C
- Rust-resistant ball bearing on the output shaft. Hastelloy or titanium versions with plain bearing PTFE/carbon.
- Maximum speed 1'300 rpm with ball bearing.
- Output shaft ø 7 mm for mounting the stirrer.
- Suitable control units DZA-6/24 or DZA-6/48
Variants/special features
- Sealing via O-rings on the conical part made of Viton, Kalrez or qualities on request.
- Torque of magnetic coupling 20 Ncm, 40 Ncm, 60 Ncm, 90 Ncm
- Material for wetted parts WNr. 1.4435, WNr. 2.4602. Versions in Hastelloy C276, B3 or Titan Gr. 2 on request.
- Maximum speed 1'300 rpm in case of ball bearing / 1'200 rpm in case of plain bearing application.
- Suitable control unit DZA-6/24 at 20 NCM and DZA-6/48 at 40-90 Ncm

The redmagic offers a fully integrated solution as a conical magnetic stirrer drive with integrated micromotor. Under the red series you will find other magnetic stirrers with different conical connections, threaded or flanged connections. Redmagic is used in the NS 45/40 glass range.
