High pressure reactor pinto

Our high-pressure autoclave "pinto" combines the technology and know-how of a pneumatic professional model, but it features a fundamentally different chassis. A 4-sided tubular frame in chrome steel provides maximum ground clearance for the drain valve or collection vessel and, in addition, the cooling water valve is easily accessible.

Variants/special features

Versions vary for the standard versions

  • From 200 bar we use expansion bolts and nuts.
  • Viton or other O-ring qualities on request
  • Magnetic stirrer drive funrun in combination with three-phase motor 120W or a Heidolph drive
  • With the magnetic stirrer funrun the three-phase motor is directly flange-mounted, the Heidolph drive, on the other hand, is connected via a flexible coupling (macline magnetic stirrer system).
  • Output speed with ball bearing 0-1'300 rpm, with plain bearing 0-1'200 rpm.
  • Heating: electric heating and fluid heating via heat transfer oil
  • Immersion tube with temperature sensor type K for electric heating and Pt100 4p for fluid heating version
  • Stirring element: diagonal blade stirrer

Production of nanocoatings

The reactor shown is used for the synthesis of nanoparticles by hydrathermal synthesis. This means that the substances are crystallised from aqueous high-temperature solutions at high steam pressures. The optical cells used in the autoclave are used to monitor the reactions using UV-VIS or RAMAN spectrometry. The nanoparticles are used to develop nanocoatings for glass of buildings, cars, solar panels and others. The function of the nanocoating can be diverse, such as reflecting thermal radiation, glare-free vision, privacy protection, temperature barrier on the surface.
